Atkins Handles

Hello,

First post on this forum so here goes...

I basically have a 'barn find' and I'm trying to get information on the saw handles. Because of the blue paint on the end of the dowell and some residual paint on the metal components, I believe the manufacturer is E.C. Atkins. Specifically, I'd like to know if there are any color reference guides that show the paint scheme. Also, has anyone tried to match the color at the local paint supply store?

You almost never see a handle with paint on it. Whatever was used was not very durable.

This one may give you a clue of the color:

Atkins appears to have used the same paint on their other tools. NOS hand anvil:
