Warren Miller's Setting Anvils

In 2012, I was lucky to attend one of Warren Miller's saw sharpening class at Nine Mile Ranger Station.
At the class, he used a near-cylindrical tapered setting anvil. I think he said it was a conveyor belt roller.
In the 2003 revision of his 1977 Crosscut Saw Manual, he is shown using it on Page 20.
On Page 28 in the Glossary, it is shown as the left item in Figure J.
Does anyone know just what it was to start with, and where I might find one ?
