Wm Rowland saw

I have been cleaning up an old 2 man crosscut saw. After a lot of sanding I discovered some lettering stamped into the saw perpendicular to the blade. It is in at least 5 rows
Wm ROWLAND
PHILAD'A
Either a K or a B or an R with maybe more lettering after
NOT___?? Possibly it's saying No.7 ??
SILI___??
Then a small circle below and below that maybe another unreadable mark that looks like a backwards L.
It has a 54 1/4" plain tooth blade and with the sockets is 57".

Does anyone know any more about this?
Thank you
Jim
